Nine qualified undergraduate and post-graduate students worked alongside LCRC researchers from LSU Health New Orleans, Tulane University School of Medicine and Xavier University of Louisiana as part of the LCRC's summer research experience. They were selected from a pool of applicants and the program provided hands-on experience that deepened their interest in cancer research.
