My research focus is on clinical cancer research throughclinical trials with a primary focus on breast cancer.
I participate in NCI coordinated clinical trials as theprincipal investigator for Ochsner for the Gulf South Minority Based NationalCancer Institute Clinical Oncology Research Program. I addition, I am PI orsub-I for multiple pharmaceutical industry sponsored clinical trials in breastcancer. I also participate in translational research activities withinvestigators at Ochsner and LSU New Orleans.
